About Ana's Foods
Anna Olvera-Ullrich and Jim Ullrich started the business in early 1997 by selling jars of Ana's Salsa® to neighbors, friends, and co-workers. It's public unveiling occurred in August 1998 at the 8th Annual Austin Chronicle Hot Sauce Festival where Ana's Salsa was voted People's Choice as the Best Salsa and took First Place, Red Salsa Commercial category. The salsa has been awarded 28 awards, including the Golden Chile Pepper at the Fiery Food Challenge for Fresh Salsa in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, and 2015.

Ana's Herbs was added to Anna's Unlimited, Inc. gourmet food lineup at the 3rd Annual Texas Fiery Foods Show, August 1999. It has already won numerous first place awards, including the prestigious 2001 and 2002 Scovie Award for Table Seasonings.

Anna's latest creation are her serrano pepper jellies that are 'sweet with a little heat'. These are available in "burnt orange", strawberry, peach and original serrano.
